ANDREW C. TAYLORAndrew Taylor has been an independent consultant on the Olympics since 2002 when he co-wrote a paper, whist a director at the information and forecasting company, Experian, on what sort of Olympics might work, if London were to bid for 2012.
Following on from the success of that bid, and whilst an Executive Director at the prestigious surveying firm Colliers CRE plc, he was the author of a substantial work on the real estate opportunities arising from London's successful bid, and launched the 2012 Project & Construction Monitor to assess the punctuality and commitment to budget of staging the games. This resulted in both personal appearances and multi media coverage across the globe including BBC TV & Radio, CNBC Worldwide Exchange and articles in many newspapers including the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph and Daily Mirror.
Since then, and in his role as Strategic Advisor to the Urban Land Institute, he has participated in further high profile presentations, media appearances and written papers on this theme.
