LAMBROS ANAGNOSTOPOULOS

Mr Lambros G. Anagnostopoulos is Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of LAMDA Development S.A. since its inception in January 2000. He also held the position of Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Dimiourgia S.A., the real estate development 100% subsidiary of LAMDA Development S.A. from November 2000 until August 2002. In addition, he holds non-executive Board positions in most of LAMDA Development's main subsidiaries. Since 1992 Mr. Anagnostopoulos has been an executive of the Latsis Group, an international multidisciplinary Group of companies. Based in Geneva, Switzerland he, among other things, ran the Group's central business planning and development department, which spearheaded a number of new business ventures as well as existing business restructurings (in areas ranging from oil and shipping to engineering consulting and aviation) in various countries around the globe. Today, beyond LAMDA Development S.A. he is a Member of the Board of Directors of a number of companies in Greece, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and France.

Before joining the Latsis Group, and between 1988 and 1992, Mr. Anagnostopoulos and had worked as a Management Consultant in the US and the UK with Pugh Roberts Associates, of the PA Consulting Group and had consulted companies in the banking, shipbuilding, construction and telecoms sectors. Mr. Anagnostopoulos is a Naval Architecture, Marine and Mechanical Engineering graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, and holds Master of Science degrees in Shipping from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
