ALLE ELBERS

Alle Elbers is the EU-expert responsible for the working group Housing. Alle is Director of PRC Bouwcentrum International. During his career he developed himself into an expert who is able to overlook all aspects of housing and housing policy, including technical, financial and institutional issues. For almost fifteen years he has advised local, regional and central authorities in the field of housing, urban renewal and renovation. Since 1991 he guides several projects in Central and Eastern Europe in the field of housing and energy saving in the built environment. As a member of UN-CEE expert teams in the field of housing and housing finance he is well acquainted with the housing situation in CEE countries and is used to work with colleagues from countries all over the world.  His company is also involved with the “Sustainable Urban Regeneration in the Republic of Turkey: Enabling the Local Authorities and Citizens through Regeneration of Istanbul Metropolitan Area” as the  project coordinator.
