HAKAN KODAL

Founder Chairman of GYODER and Urban Land Institute (ULI)- Turkey, Hakan Kodal is the President & CEO of Krea Real Estate. Before joining Krea Real Estate, Mr. Kodal was the General Manager of Yapı Kredi Koray Real Estate Invesment Company, between 1997 – 2006. Before he has worked as a corporate finance manager at Garanti Investment Bank, and between 1991 – 1995 he held various positions at Coopers & Lybrand, Corporate Finance in Paris, including management consulting and corporate finance assignments. Mr. Kodal holds a Bsc. Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Istanbul Technical University and Graduate degree from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris.
