ANDREW WILLIAMS

Andrew has over 20 years experience in international residential consultancy and investment, with Richard Ellis, Colliers International, and Cushman & Wakefield. He has advised on numerous residential, mixed-use and urban regeneration projects in over 20 countries world wide. Andrew has worked and managed residential and hotel consultancy teams in Australia, Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. Andrew conducted a management buyout of Colliers Jardine’s UK hotel and residential business in 1988, prior to forming a joint venture with Cushman & Wakefield in early 2005.  Cushman & Wakefield have recently completed the acquisition of the joint venture and Andrew has taken up the position of Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Residential EMEA, and Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield Hotels EMEA.
